Admission Process

Schedule a Tour
Visit Little Caterpillar Academy to explore our classrooms, meet our educators, and learn about our bilingual, play-based program. Tours give families a chance to ask questions and see whether our environment is the right fit for their child.

Registration Fee & Information
After your tour, you will receive an invitation email to begin registration. You can also click on the button below. Families complete required enrollment forms and submit registration fee securely through Brightwheel. The information provided helps us prepare individualized care for your child.

Waitlist & Placement
Once your Brightwheel enrollment forms and registration fee are received, your child will be placed on our waitlist. When a childcare space becomes available, families will be contacted through Brightwheel with an anticipated start date and next steps to complete enrollment.

Start Care & Transition
Your child begins with a supported transition period. Our teachers work closely with families to ensure a smooth adjustment, build trust, and help each child feel safe, confident, and ready to grow.
